Security

All children are closely supervised by our experienced members of staff. We have installed a new CCTV security system, which is operational both inside and outside of our premises. To help improve our staffs practice, we have installed cameras within all classrooms. Comfort Angelz Daycare is registered by the ICO under the Data Protection Act. 

We request of our parents/carers or anyone who has the responsibility of collecting a child from Comfort Angelz Daycare that they provide their name, contact numbers and a unique password given by parents/carers during the settling in days. The unique password will have to be provided together with a telephone call that we will make to the person(s) responsible for the child, to confirm that the child can be collected by another responsible adult.

No child will be released to anyone, under any circumstances, without these actions being carried out by a senior member of staff.

Anyone visiting Comfort Angelz Daycare will need to supply a valid photo form ID before gaining entry past the reception area of the nursery. They will also be required to sign our visitors’ book before entering the premises.
