  • Freshly prepared meals

    Our Nurseries have their own cooks on site, who plans the menu and freshly prepares our lunch and afternoon tea meals. All meals are planned to provide a varied, well-balanced, healthy eating diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables throughout the day. We are able to cater for special diets and encourage parents/carers to inform us when necessary of any allergies and special dietary requirements.

    During meal times, we encourage children to develop their social skills and good manners. Staff and children eat together and share in the laying and clearing of the dining tables.

    The menu

    The menu rotates on a four weekly basis and is updated twice a year. Babies are provided with pureed, semi-pureed or lumpy food, which is freshly prepared daily. Formula milk is only provided until babies are one year old, then cows’ milk is provided.
